Hampton Bay is a Home Depot company.
Their support number is (800) 654-0688.
After providing them with your information and fan model number, they will contact King of Fans for the part.
The Glass Shade cost $25 (shipping included).
I asked the King of Fans rep for their web site and she told me that it is under construction.
