moisture wall needs to be installed in bathroom

Bob Villa-The tiles are coming off the back wall in the bathroom. A window is in the middle (the area is 20SF)Tiles are coming off on the lower left and right of the window. The soap dish below has fallen off. All in all it doesn't look too bad but it needs repair. How much would you think this would cost.
