Sorry - guess I did not explain it right - but the storm window is in the middle between the two Harvey windows. It is a "fixed" not openable single pane window with a storm window with a space of about 3" between. Haven't got the money for a whole new window and/or surrounding area as it it quite a large. The small Harvey windows on both sides of the problem uponenable single pane/storm window are not a problem -- only the middle single pane portion. Hope you can still help me.
