Our home is a 1910 Four Square. I started stripping the wood work and I'm not sure what type of wood it is. I first thought it might be southern yellow pine but a neighbor said it is oak. It has alot of beautiful grain. Are there any pics out there to helop me identify just what type it is. the grain is much darker than the rest of the wood.
