Wow! You've tried a lot of different things. I would try Rubbing alcohol (which is why people suggest hairspray, because of the alcohol content) and if that doesn't work, try a window cleaner (like Windex). If those don't work, I can't help you. Maybe you need a throw rug or a crafty person to paint over the ink on the floor. Would that be a faux rug? Good luck!
