I have a Hampton Bay transformer, 600W that is not working after 4 years. The packaging says "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and there's no more detail in the owner's manual on warranty. To me, that's a lifetime warranty. According to the Hampton Bay website, Home Depot should be contacted for replacement.

We'll see what happens!
