paint dried and looks cracked

I wonder if anyone can help me, I painted over stained wood walls in bedroom. I purchased primer paint,tinted it the light green color I wanted. I painted the walls, but when it dried, all the walls have cracked paint on them. Why do you think this happened? and how can I fix it?
