As soon as I hit the post button I realized that my reply was of no help, as I only voiced an opinion and did not give any advice to help your situation. I am sorry, I don't know what should be done. My guess is to re-coat with an alkyd primer and then top-coat with your choice finish coat. Anyone with other suggestions?
