onto conc imo,,, you can, however, apply a coating but these aren't found at any apron store to my knowledge,,, const supply house's your best bet.
we use a chlorinated rubber system when nec,,, never thought about conc acid-stain but that'd work,,, you're limited to otc stuff at eith sher-wms, apron store, or kemiko - not exactly the best stuff imo,,, since you probably can't buy good mtls unless certified by the brand, use [whatever] & plan on applying a good sealer,,, caution on either blue or green which will oxidize black from uv rays.
