I used behr on our wood decks and it didn't last a season. Junk is all it is! Our log home, we built in 1989. At that time everyone used cwf which made it dark. Well, we sanded the whole house back down to bare wood, and used permachink stain and clear coat. Permachink is the way to go! We wore out a palm sander! ha! Suing behr is like throwing bad money after good. You may as well suck it up, and try and fix your problem, as best you can, and simply advertise the bad affects you have had with this company. That will hurt them more than anything. After a lawsuit, generally in a mediation, and settlement, it is usually demanded that you have to keep your mouth shut about your whole experience with a company, and who wants to do that? Think about it!
