I am not sure what happen but this is the process I used and it did not crackle.
1. applied a light blue coat let dry for a few hours 2. applied coat of crackle let dry a couple of hours 3. applied a coat of dark dark blue didnt crackle . do you have any suggetions? thank you ginger
