I hate to tell you but any definitive answer you get will be opinion, as far as brands go it is all about warranty because there is not alot of difference in them the most important thing is the quality of the installation so focus on that. If your contractor asked you what your needs are instead of trying to steer you toward a certain brand or efficiency then you may want to head in that direction
