restore windows

I have a rowhouse in Washington, DC that was build at the turn of the century.
I want to preserve the exterior of the house and need to do something with
the windows. I do not want to replace them because they are in relatively
good shape. I'd like to have them restored. Can you suggest a company or
individual in Washington, DC or the area that does window restoration?
