I also experienced problems with a 25F that would turn the blower on but not light. I was attempting to use the furnace at 10,000-11,000 feet of elevation/ At this elevation, there is not enough air moved by the blower to activate the sail switch. It is currently wired closed with a metal twister to get it to work. A friend had the same problem and an authorized Suburban repair technician fixed the sail switch to work at high altitude. I don't know if this is related to your problem but you might check on it.
