Heat where you don't want it

You have something seriously wrong inside your oven. Has anyone had the top off of it lately. I would open the bottom door and see if the burner is misaligned first, then go from there checking the back of the oven to see if some insulation is missing then take the top off and see if there is anything missing or misaligned there
