I was told to use bleach and water but the smell did notgo away, so I tried chlorox clean up and sprayed it in the corners well in every drawer, turned the bureau on its side and sprayed underneath,rinsed with clean water and dried it with fans. my son has been using the bureau at college for 2 years with no recurring ordor.
