Instead of posting the answer and showing "view post" how, you have links to advertisers. Implied by your lead-in, you would show how to remove and then replace a sill. The question isn't about fixing part of a sill, it is about replacing the whole sill. I don't want a reply, I'll just go to a source that will address the issue.
