extreme howling and vibrating pipes

i have renovated an upstairs bath and installed a new sink, tiolet, jacuzzi etc. everything is fine except for the sink.I cannot turn on the water to the sink due to extreme howling and extreme vibrating in the pipes. the longer you leave the water line on, the more the sound & vibrating increases. please, any help, from anyone, is appreciated.
