Ceramic Tile

I installed ceramic tile in our mud room. At the entrance to the garage the grout keeps cracking and coming out. This is a very high traffic area and is used all the time. I have replaced the grout twice now in this area and it is cracking again. It just seems to be in the area that we use when walking in and out of the garage. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?
