Victorian Sleep porch woes

We have a second floor porch which when we get a driving rain from SW results in standing water on porch and eventually leaks in under 2nd fl. bath to kitchen ceiling below.Struggling with whether to enclose or how involved a repair might be. Is there a way to grade it out so water does not stand, or what might options be. Anyone encounter this problem before?
