We have a 21 year old window with a broken seal. I have heard of companies that fix this problem. My concern is that would it be better to replace the window in terms of heat saving properties( I do not feel any cold air coming from the window, nor do I see mold; it is just unsightly) or contact a company that fixes seals.Are these companies reputable?
