One of the power arm assembly's on my attic stairs has bent. I can not find a manufacture sticker on my stairs. Is there a universal set of power arm assembly's I can purchase? If so where? I found a power arm assembly on Louisville ladder but when I called their customer service line they said they doubted it would fit seeing as my stairs are 9-10 years old and I don't know who the manufacturer is. Can any one help. I did leave a request with the engineering V/M at Louisville ladder requesting a schematic with dimensions but have not heard back yet. The stairs will not pull all the way down or go up all the way and living in the northeast it's getting cold and need to fix this ASAP.
