There is also a world of difference between drying (flashing off) and curing. The first can happen in a few minutes to a few hours. The latter can often take 3-4 weeks.

Even though it may be 40 or 50 today doesn't mean it's not going to be 22 next week. While it may appear to be OK, the durability and weather resistance may be compromised.
