I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number ("Potscrubber 2230" isn't it). If you post it we can look up to see what appliance design you're dealing with.

That might be caused by a problem with the drain solenoid (if used on your model) or a blocked drain hose. There might be other possibilities as well depending on the actual dishwasher design.

** Getting a C3 error message today (label inside door just says "doesn't drain.") **

Yes, that is all that fault code indicates.
