old kitchen vent cover

I, too, am looking for a quilted, magnetic kitchen exhaust fan vent cover to block out the cold air that manages to come through in the winter. The full fan plate area measures about 11 3/4 inches square. I saw some postings here that date back a few years. Has anyone been successful in finding such a cover? I can't stand another winter without one. Help!!!
