Hi. I am putting in a modular home. The contractor is just finishing up the concrete walls this evening. It is an ICF insulated block foundation. The floor was poured yesterday at 4000 psi with calcium. The walls were poured today with the same mix.

They are scheduled to set the home next Wednesday. This will be about 4 1/2 days from now.

My quesion is this; Is this enough time for the concrete to cure and be hard enough for the weight of the home?

By the way, the temperatures here were mid twenties yesterday and today. Teens last night and tonight. A little warmer the next few days, 30's daytime 20's night time.

I want my home to be finished but not at the expense of a cracking foundation down the road.

The contractor says it's enough time, but others have said we should wait two weeks at least.

Please let me know what you think and if anyone has had personal experiences with this.
Thanks so much!
