I agree that this is a great system. Actually I would've loved to have built the home itself with these - imagine the total r value in that!
Yes, our contractor is experienced with ICF's, he's done several hundred to date.
My concern is that I have this fella and others in the business telling me this time frame is fine and others in the concrete business saying it's not enough time - wait a few weeks.
