Do you mean that you can't get the water hot enough and not that the hot water flow is low.

If so most moder single lever faucets have a stop on them to limit how far toward hot you can move the lever.

Remove the bezel and handle and you will find a stop.

Different brands have different styles of stops. If you can't figure it out check on the delta web site.
