are they tongue and groove?
are they flat?
is it near a wall?
is it in the middle of the floor?
are you planning on sanding/refinishing the rest?
are you planning on carpeting and just need to firm up?
are the joists damaged too? (from water, fire..or whatever damaged the floors to begin with)
