suitable that would give you good results,,, some are gypsum -based & others're cementitious,,, they require good prep,,, doubtful you can find anything satisfactory at an apron store but any pro should be able to help,,, you can do this work yourself but the learning curve's not easy,,, another method's to lay p/t sleepers & ply sub-floor.
