Those all indicate that the safety "eyes" think that something is blocking the door.

The clicking is the relay for the light. If the light was working the light would flash as a warning.

And the it will only close from the wall switch as you hold it down to verify that no one in the door way as it closes.

Check that the eyes are in place and pointed at each other. And that the wires are intact. And that nothing has been set in front of them.

One unit has a green LED on it and the other a red LED.

If they have power, aligned, and nothing blocking the path then both LED's should be lite.
