Kitchen Remodel -- What comes first?

I'd appreciate some help in ordering the install of a tile floor and the install of the cabinets. I've found different opinions on what should be installed first and I'd appreciate any help and guidance.
My preference would be to install the cabinets first as it may give me a usable kitchen with cabinets and running water in time for the holidays even if the tile is not down yet ;)
On the other hand, I don't want to regret it later.
BTW, the tile floor with have radiant heat (likely electrical mats) in case that is relevant to the decision.
