Well physically you probably can't do that and still have it enter the sewer.

But you can "artificially" lower the pipe (or raise the frost line) by cover the pipe with insulation.

If it is deep enough that you will end up with 8" of dirt after you so this then dig up the dirt over the pipe and about 2 ft on each size.

Then get some 2" extruded stryfoam (blue or pink board) and lay flat. Then cover with dirt.

I don't know your climate and I don't have the charts to figure it. But that adds the equivalent of several feet of dirt.
