I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its *complete* model number. If you post it we can look it up to see what appliance design you're dealing with.

** throwing a fault code #31 **

True error codes should usually be preceded by a letter (eg. E31, F31, etc.). If there is more to yours please post the exact error message that is displaying.

Once you supply it (and the appliance's complete model number) we'll try to find out what the error message is suppose to indicate on your particular model.
