we just experienced the same in our home but the wtr ran for 7d while we were gone - just drywall & trash ALL the bad drywall no matter what color it is,,, better ck under your flooring surfaces, too, or this mold stuff'll come back to bite you in the *** IF you don't do it right.
remember 60 min & its segment on the moldy houses in tx a few yrs ago ? ? ?
