I'm going to try and repair this one I've decided. I'm not worried about the sensors and already have a wireless keypad outside the door. But probably the primary reason not to replace the entire unit, is I don't want to deal with replacing the track, adding sensors, etc. Especially this time of year in freezing, cold Massachusetts. I just want to be able to use my garage again as quickly as possible.
