Hydrosil's ads say "lifetime warranty' but I just got a 120 volt unit delivered on Jan 4. It was defective.

It tripped our 220 circuit box breaker. In the 3 nights we tried to use it,it either overheated the room or gave temperatures 10 - 12 degrees BELOW the thermostat setting [COLD].

When I called and explained the problems I said I wanted to return the unit. Customer services said NO - units are not returnable..that was said on your receipt.

I said but it is defective.

He said, Units are not returnable.
Goodbye and he hung up.

A waste of money. Some people may have been lucky but if you get a defective unit, you will be just out of luck.
