Steve, I would caution you about purchasing the
Janitrol, they are the YUGO of the furnace world.
I would also disagree slightly with Shawn's
comment about Carrier replacement parts...
It may well have been the contractors choice to
only install OEM parts but items as generic as a
condenser fan motor are available at ANY supply
house... This doesn't apply to items like inducer
motors, circut boards, etc. for ANY modern furnace
though... nobody wants to share these days...
