Yesterday, I went to Home Depot rental.
They have carbide cutters and a disc monted on a large cast iron disc, which is mounted to a "floor polishing" machine.
Rental charge $125 day.
It gave me the idea to use my son's 90 degree grinder to do the same process, only in a smaller swatch. It will take more time.
A larger grinder has a 7 inch wheel.
