Our Lennox Nightmare

This Lennox HM30 Complete Heat system has cost me over $6,498 in repairs over the past 9 years and now it is irrepairable. I have replaced a thermistor, a pump, a valve, a thermostat, combustion blowers X2, a gas valve, an electrode, a control board, a regulator, a combustion air orifice, and a tank. It broke down while we were gone and the pipes froze and cracked costing me another $1000 in repairs. Now Lennox offers me just $1800 toward the replacement system which costs $3000. How pitiful! We have gone without heat and hot water for many days and paid for the equivalent of a new system. This is unbelievable! Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
