That was one of our problems the tech came out and fixed it but don't remember what he did. I have had a fan replaced and control board. the last time they were suppose to replace a thermostat but didn't have the part on them as he forgot it so have decided to fix it my self but can't find the parts. I will check my invoices at home and see if it says what he did. If any one out there knows where I can find part for this stove let me know. thanks
