Well, you probably have seen more than me when it comes to AC and furnaces.. It is interesting to know that Janitrol is considered a cheap AC unit.
Luckily my parents have not had any problems. My brother-in-law and I did look for a generic replacement cooling fan motor but the problem we found was that the motor shaft was much longer than the replacement parts available at WW Grainger. Thank you for the information - In the future I will be more persistant in seeking generic replacement parts for equipmemnt.
