Hi Donnette,

As a manager of Fine Line Granite, I know that we would certainly book a service call should a client call us with an issue like this. If the crack is due to the pressure of the sink, then it is an installation issue. If the crack is really a fissure, that has simply expanded then they should be able to fill this with resin/glue and buff to shine again.
Contact the company you dealth with as ask whether they warranty their installation, as most companies won't warranty a natural stone rather the craftsmanship they provide. A service call shouldn't cost anymore than $200.00 CAN.
