It has NO insulation because a car doesn't care. You also have a thin sheet of fiberglass or aluminum for about 12 to 16 feet for the garage door. You can't get much worse than that.

Buy an insulated garage door. Install at least R-19 batt insulation in the walls. Put R-30 insulation in the garage ceiling. Add at least R-30 insulation to the roof rafters. Add a proper roof vent system.

After all that you might have a chance of getting the garage below 120 degrees.

Right now AC in there is like trying to add air conditioning to an open gazebo.
