It very well may not be removable but you can try some of the tools autobody shops use for car dents but for the most useful ones (hammer and anvil) access is often needed to both sides of the panel which is unlikely to be an option on a refrigerator.
If you really can't stand it and it is on a door, you could price replacement door panels? Be prepared though, they're likely to be several (3-4) hundred dollars!
