My wife and I recently purchased a home with baseboard hydronic heat. The upstairs was heated with one baseboard unit in the hall to heat the 3 bedrooms on the floor. I plumbed in individual baseboard units in each room by using the existing piping coming up. I used 3/4 dia copper as that is the same as the existing pipe, The pipe runs in a single continous loop. I bled the system and am not getting any more air out of the lines. My downstairs and basement heat works fine, but no heat upstairs. I think I have vacuum lock in the system, but am not sure how to rectify it. Any information about this would be greatly appreciated.
