Well, the WH has reared its ugly head once again and I am seeking help from you experienced folks. Last evening while on our deck I heard the unit fire up and could hear a "gurgling" noise as it was running. A little later I tried the shower and only got luke warm water. When I checked the unit I saw the lower green light was on and not blinking as it should be so I flipped the breaker to "reset" the unit. It attempted to fire but I don't think it ever did....I could hear the gurgling sound like water was sloshing around in the tank or a pipe..couldn't tell for sure where it was coming from. Ended up turning the gas valve as well as gas supply off to the unit. Any suggestions? I am thinking of calling a tech but afraid they may know less about the unit than I do. Thanks for any help.
