they do it all the time" was my answer. The orifice size is determined by the BTU rating of the stove. It takes someone that KNOWS what they are doing to do it correctly with the right parts. That is EXACTLY why I told them to find a professional. Telling them to change the orifice was just wrong and YOU could have had them blow up the house.
