I know this is an old post, but I hope this helps anyone else who comes across this problem. If your other sinks are OK, the culprit is probably a clogged aerator. This is especially true after plumbing work, as putty can clog it. There's a very simple solution. I found a great article on how to fix this. Here's the link.
