I have four of these same ceiling fans and two of the receivers failed in the medium speed mode. I was able to get two new receivers from King of Fans, these guys made the ceiling fan, Hampton Bay model 52A4H4L, anyway the cost was $32 per unit (Receiver only). Then I actually founf the part on another web site (http://www.eceilingfans.com/ceiling_fan_remote_controls.html) and found out that the receiver is the model R9C and could have ordered it from them as well, but no price.
